Quality Performance

The project implementation process includes assessment of Customer feedback through:
  • people who are in contact with the customer
  • mass media and third parties
  • direct customer survey (verbal or written), if necessary.
Customer’s assessment of the project implementation process by different parameters is used as criteria for measuring customer satisfaction.
The collected data are analyzed and corrective/preventive measures taken when necessary to resolve/prevent existing or potential discrepancies from customer expectations.
